I am a radio journalist based in Bend, Ore., and I freelance for several public radio shows including All Things Considered, Morning Edition, Marketplace, and B-Side Radio.

I was living in Los Angeles and working as a producer for Marketplace before I decided to head out to Germany on a Fulbright scholarship to work on a long-form radio documentary on the geography of technological development. From Berlin, I moved back to my home state of Oregon, for the public radio affiliate here.

Besides my radio work, I also occasionally freelance for print outfits. Plus, I have flickr page for all my photos from my travels, a semi-regular podcast, and a blog.
